1. Services
Precision Precast Detailing provides precast concrete shop drawings and BIM modeling services based on client-provided architectural and structural information.
2. Scope of Work
The scope of each project will be defined and agreed upon prior to commencement. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees and schedule adjustments.
3. Deliverables
Reasonable revisions are included based on client feedback. Major scope changes or redesigns may be subject to additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

Precision Precast Detailing is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
8. Confidentiality
All project information and documents will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without client consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All drawings and models produced remain the intellectual property of Precision Precast Detailing until full payment is received.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in Lebanon.
